This exceptional hardwood flooring comes from centuries-old trees. Their trunks give us the best that oak can offer: its heart. Heartwood -a treasure of the forest marked with knots and grain of the time passed, highly rich in tannins and strong as iron- will then follow a 7-step oxidation method based on the chemical reaction of the tannins that will change the color of the wood fibers from the inside out. Natural shades will be develloped, unparalleled to the stained and false ones that we find in the market. “Defects” such as cracks, discoloration, stains and non-uniform surface are there to add to the authentic appearance. Furthermore, metal inlays  can be added (1 plate /2 square m.) to ornate in the spirit of ye olde rural atmosphere!
